Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone. In some cases, items may ship separately.

For US/CA/UK/DE/FR/ES/IT, we usually use Amazon's delivery service (FBA) to deliver from local warehouses in order to ensure fast shipping timeframes and reliable delivery. Amazon will assign a carrier partner for your shipment.
Extended Global Shipping Coverage
To better support our customers worldwide, in addition to the countries listed in the table above, we now also offer shipping to South America, the Middle East, Africa, and other regions not explicitly mentioned.
Please note that due to longer delivery distances, shipping costs and delivery times for these regions will vary. You can view the estimated shipping fee and delivery timeframe directly at checkout.

How Do I Change The Shipping Address Or Cancel My Order
