2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions and a shipping label if approved.

3. Carefully pack your items and send them back using the provided return label.

4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.



Refunds & Processing Time

Once your return is received, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days

Replacement orders are usually shipped within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method



Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a free replacement or refund
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs


Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.



Lost or Damaged Returns
